Challenge
Develop a fully upholstered bed that communicates softness and comfort while retaining enough architectural definition to avoid becoming visually generic.

Design Response
A tall headboard with vertical stitched sections introduces rhythm and strengthens the proportions of the bed. Rounded edges soften the silhouette, while the full base gives the composition a grounded architectural presence.

Development
The design focused on controlling the relationship between upholstered volumes, stitching, edge radii, and small metal details to create hierarchy without relying on additional decorations.

Outcome
A warm and adaptable upholstered bed where comfort and architectural structure coexist within a restrained contemporary language.
